Permissions for templates

Please note that Jira System Administrators have access to project administration even if they don't have "Administer Projects" permission. Similar to Jira, Issue Checklist allows System Administrators to perform actions that require "Administer Project" permission.

Following permissions are required to work with templates in Jira Classic projects:
