Issue Checklist for Jira is now Checklist for Jira. New name, same great app. Please go here to see our new documentation site.
Features (Free, Pro & Enterprise Comparison)
Limitations of Issue Checklist Free
Checklist for Jira | Free allows up to 20 visible checklist items (including separators / headers) per issue, and a total of 10,000 checklist items per instance. You can also create up to six checklist templates.
When there are more than 20 items (including headers) on a single issue, only the first 20 will be displayed. Over the limit items on those checklists can be viewed via the Checklist Editor, the Checklist Text custom field, or by upgrading to Checklist for Jira | Pro or Checklist for Jira | Enterprise.
The total number of checklist items per instance is calculated daily and includes items on closed issues. When an instance is approaching (has 9,000 or more items) the limit of 10,000 checklist items, a warning will be displayed. When the 10,000 item limit is reached, it is no longer possible to add additional checklist items (either via the Checklist UI, a checklist template or the Checklist text custom field). All other item operations (checking/unchecking, editing, replacing or deleting) will still be available on existing checklist items.
Upgrade to Checklist for Jira | Pro or Checklist for Jira | Enterprise or delete existing items to restore the ability to create new checklist items.
Upgrading
You can upgrade to another version of the app without losing checklist data. See this page for more information.
