Find account ID for a user

Atlassian GDPR requirements forbid using names and other user references that can be used to identify a user. Atlassian Account ID is to be used instead. 

The simplest way to find an Atlassian Account ID for a user is to:

  • open the user profile page
  • find Atlassian Account ID in the browser address URL
