Atlassian GDPR requirements forbid using names and personal references that can be used to identify a user. Atlassian Account ID is to be used instead. 

The simplest way to find an Atlassian Account ID for a user is to:

  1. Open the user profile page.

  2. Find Atlassian Account ID in the browser address URL.
