This feature is only available in Clockwork Pro.

In Clockwork, you can show the accumulated to time logged on an issue to customers using the Jira Service Management Portal.

To show Time spent on the portal, go to Project Settings > Clockwork and select the Integrations tab. Use the toggle to enable Show time spent to Jira Service Management customers.
