Wrong Custom Fields

You may have used custom fields created by the previous app in/on:

  • Automation rules

  • Board cards

  • Search query results / filters

  • Transition screens

  • Workflow rules, post functions and validators

When your migration is complete, ensure that the Save local checklist items to Jira custom fields global setting is enabled, and replace the custom fields used by your former checklist app with the new checklist custom fields.
