Migrating Custom Fields (Prior to November 2018)

New custom fields

Issue Checklist v1.8.20 introduced custom fields integration that automatically creates and syncs with the custom fields listed here.

Checklist custom fields that were previously created by Jira admin administrators are now obsolete and no longer synchronized with the Checklist. These fields can be safely removed.

Note that any JQL queries, workflow validators and scripts, that use old custom fields, need to be updated and start using the new fields.

If you are having error due to using the custom fields previously created by your Jira administrator, we recommend that you delete the old fields and reinstall Issue Checklist for Jira.
