One of the core features of Clockwork is it’s panel in the issue view. It shows the time tracked as a pretty list of time entries, showing who tracked how much time and on which day. The small panel actually holds a lot of information, some of which are only available on this screen.
Features marked with PRO are only available in Clockwork Pro.
Here’s what you can find on this view:
list of currently running timers for the issue, showing:
the timer’s owner avatar
elapsed time
the timer’s description that will be saved as worklog description when the timer is stopped
time when the timer was started
tracking mode icon, indicating if the timer was started manually or automatically with issue transition
This list is hidden when there are no running timers for the issue.
Worklog list, showing:
the worklog author’s avatar
PRO if the worklog was created on behalf of another user, a small silhouette icon will be shown on the author’s avatar. The avatar displayed is that of the user for whom the worklog was created.
it’s duration
it’s description, sometimes also referred to as the comment
the date and time when it was started
tracking mode icon
If clocked tracking is enabled, there is a Play button shown at the end of each line, allowing for starting a timer on the issue. Clicking on that button will copy the description from the listed worklog but the timer will be started for the current user.
At the very end there is a context menu button, allowing for edition and deletion of the worklog.
Above the worklog list there is the summary bar, which shows the total time tracked on the issue. You can use the buttons on the right to display additional information:
Display of summary and breakdown of time spent on children issues is toggled with the first button
Display of summary and breakdown of time spent by users and/or statuses is toggled with the checkboxes hidden under the second button.
In the bar that displays children issues, each colored section can be clicked to view its respective issue.
