1. Mouse over the checklist item and click the Convert button.
   
   It will open the Create Issue dialog with pre-filled values for Project and Summary. 
   Description will contain a key of the issue from which the checklist item comes, and the item's description, if there is any.
   If the Due date issue field is visible, it will be pre-filled with the first valid date from the item, if there is any.
