Issue ID (e.g 10881) is a unique identifier which is different from the issue key (e.g. DEMO-523). The issue key can change if the issue is moved to another project. This issue ID will not change as long as the issue remains in the same Jira instance. |
You may be asked to provide an Issue ID for support purposes. To get the issue ID:
Navigate to the issue.
Click on the ... menu and select Move.
Note the issue ID from the URL.
Click Cancel.
