This version introduces the following new features and improvements:
- Optional and mandatory items - mark some items as optional and allow users to resolve the issue as soon as all mandatory items are completed.
By default, all items are mandatory, but a user can easily change an item to optional by clicking the question mark icon as presented below. Read more - Show checklist to JSM users - Jira Service Desk agent can show the checklist to the client from the issue/ticket page. Read more
