Issue keys as links with status and type of an issue

If you don't have permission to view an issue or the issue does not exist then the key won't be linked - instead it will be displayed as plain text.

To make reference to an issue include its key in item's content:


No other actions are necessary. Checklist automatically detects that you entered an issue key and renders it as a link to the issue. The link is rendered with issue type's icon and current status:
