  1. Navigate to Jira Settings > Apps > Find new apps and search for Clockwork
    Automated Time Tracking & Timesheets Pro.

  2. Install the app. (Two Clockwork panels will be displayed on issue pages while both the Pro and Free versions are installed.)

  3. Navigate to Jira Settings > Apps > Manage apps and uninstall Clockwork Automated Time Tracking & Timesheets Free.

If your Jira instance is Clockwork Pro is free for Jira instances up to 10 users, you’ll . You will not be charged for Clockwork Pro as it is free for teams up to 10 users. You if you have 10 or less users.  However, you should be aware that you might see a message that from Atlassian saying you’ll be charged by Atlassian after the trial though period - this message is displayed only because the app is Paid in all other user tiers.
If you want to double-To check that you won’t be charged for the app, click on Manage Subscriptions.
